You know who's holding you back, right?

Every now and then I sit across from someone and explain to them that they’re not in a prison. Or rather, that they’re in a prison of their own making. And that they can step out any time they like.

I did that again last week. And as I did it, it dawned on me – I’ve said it tons of times.

But I’ve not said it to you.

And I want you to hear me.
